For those who saw our message (below) about Billy. The Brilliant News is that he's back home again. Phew Billy! You gave us such a fright. Get Well Stay Well :-)
Sadly Billy didn't arrive at the Tree to play his music as usual. We knew it had to be something 'major' to keep him away & hoped it was car problems caused by the bumper-to-bumper traffic caused by the 'Down the Thames Boat Race'. Billy's sister contacted us to let us know that Billy was rushed to Hospital on Saturday Morning & is still an in-patient. When he was awake he said "TAG TAG" which is why his sister got in touch. Tanx for that Billy :-) You're a Star :-)
SO, GET WELL SOON BILLY. MARC HAS NO TRUER FAN THAT YOU :-).

I put up the messages from members who couldn't be with us 'in the flesh' even though we knew they were there 'in spirit' and these are included in the Photo Gallery Below. We arrived a bit late and missed 'Club' member Amanda & friend Ralph (sorry guys).
I also videoed around Marc's Last House and this will be included in the next Members Section update. It was really fabulous to meet up with Spike, Ruth & her daughter and Dean too. :-) It was Dean's pan statue that Kev fixed in place on Thursday. Somehow Dean managed to avoid being photographed :-( This Time :-)
Other fans came and went while we chatted. It was the first time I'd met Spike 'in the flesh' as it was for Ruth although Ruth and I met last year at the Memorial Ceremony and we first met Dean last year too. My very dear friend and co-manager of Steve Took's Domain, David arrived while we were there and it was wonderful to see him again, as we haven't met for a few months. I'm looking forward to seeing Ruth's photos and hopefully adding them here :-)
So, it was a lovely day, with lovely people. Marc was remembered in a 'celebration' and because we parked the Smart Car against the wall of the house opposite the site and took a couple of folding chairs (as well as the fold down Smart Car boot which Ruth 'perched on'), it meant that we weren't in anyone's way. They could visit the site and pay their own respects in their own way.
Then they could come over and talk to us, if they wanted to or not - up to them. We left some 'TAG Info' postcards on the top step, by the side of the bronze which people picked up if they wanted to (and most did) and indeed most people did come over for a chat which was nice. :-)
So TANX Guys - Great to meet you. Obviously we talked of those on the forum who couldn't be with us (physically) and all of us are looking forward to seeing you next year. It'll be grand, (yes I think we were 'The Liquid Gang' - so 'take our hand' :-)
